Peak Flex Update

We're thrilled about the progress at East Pointe, Peak's NNN Flex Space project in Weatherford, TX! All three buildings in phase one are now up and out of the ground, with Certificates of Occupancy imminent for the first building. You can see how these units are starting to come together in the below pictures. Additionally, the below drone footage will give you a good feel for the spacing and overall progress. Phase 1 consists of 3 buildings, each with 5 units. The drone footage also shows heavy equipment clearing the ground for phase 2, which will deliver more flex space units in mid-2026. Stay tuned on that!

Another note: it's been interesting to see prospective tenants respond to the marketing published by our leasing team. All kinds of small businesses are reaching out, taking measurements, and considering signing leases. This process can take longer than on a residential lease, as tenants need to measure, assess their build-outs, lease terms (average lease is 3 years), etc. But we're encouraged by the response because small businesses need smaller flex space! Some of the tenants we're hearing from include:

-Electricians

-Boxing Gyms

-Auto Glass Repair

-Girls Softball Club

-Golf influencer/equipment seller
