Job Summary

The Peak Group is looking for a driven and adaptable individual who can take on any challenge. The Senior Construction Accountant is detail-oriented, diligent, and task-driven. The ideal candidate works well with a team and on their own. Working knowledge of new residential construction is essential to this position, as well as proficiency in technology and software. The Peak Group is looking for someone who is organized and communicates well with their superiors and other team members.

What you’ve already achieved:

  • 3+ years of accounting, preferably in construction or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CPA Certification preferred, but not required

What you will achieve in this role:

  • Constantly improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

The Peak Group is looking for an adaptable individual with a drive for success to join our property management team! In this role, you will handle questions from our residents, scheduling appointments for property maintenance, and resolving any issues a resident may have. Ideally, this person is detail-oriented, friendly, and enjoys talking with residents on the phone. Although a Spanish-speaking candidate is preferred, it is not a requirement for hire. This position is ideal for anyone looking to grow alongside our company!

What you’ve already achieved:

  • Experience in a customer service role (2+ years)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
