      • Proof of income is defined as your 4 most recent pay stubs OR 6 months of pay stubs if self-employed.
  • Missing application for co-applicant(s)
    • Anyone 18 years or older that will reside in the home will need a completed application
  • Unpaid Application Fee
    • This is the final step in the process. If an application fee is not paid we cannot move forward with the application process.
